Booking and Payment
Eupatheia offers various educational services, including webinars, workshops, seminars, trainings, and conferences. These activities can be conducted online, face-to-face, or in a blended format. To secure a reservation, the user must make full payment for the training or the initial payment if a payment plan is available. Payments can be made online via payment cards or offline through bank transfers.
Changes to Booking
Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing. Please contact us via email at info@eupatheia.com for any change requests or additional information.
Cancellation Conditions
The booking is considered valid from the date the event fee is paid. If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email or fax at least 3 days before the scheduled event.
- Cancellation 1-2 Days Prior to Event: If you cancel a reservation that has been prepaid in full within 1-2 days before the event, Eupatheia will refund 70% of the prepaid amount, excluding cases of illness or vis major (unforeseen circumstances beyond your control).
- No Show: In the event of a no-show, where you fail to attend the event without prior cancellation, Eupatheia will retain 100% of the event fee. No refunds will be issued.
Refunds
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within a reasonable time frame, typically within 10 business days. The refund amount will depend on the cancellation conditions mentioned above.
Exceptions
In cases of illness or vis major preventing your participation in the event, please notify us as soon as possible. We may consider exceptions to our cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis, subject to documentation or evidence provided.
